Easy Pork Chops
6 - 8 pork chops
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 c. flour
2 T. cooking oil
1 pkg. dry onion or mushroom soup mix
1 c. water
Season pork chops with salt and pepper; dredge in flour. In skillet, brown pork chops in oil. In a slow cooker, layer pork chops and soup mix. Add water. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
